Mandated Reporting Requirements

If a survivor is under 18, 60 or over, or disabled, mandated reporting requires law enforcement, medical personnel, and other professionals to report the assault to authorities:

To understand more about these reporting requirements visit the District Attorneys Association website.

If you choose to go to the hospital or report to the police these reporting requirements may limit your options.
