The office hours are Mondays 3:00–5:00 p.m. and Thursdays 10:00 a.m.–12:00 noon. If you leave a message, we will call you back within two business days.  All calls are confidential.

The information line is divided into two sections:

  1. Forensic Information:  Survivors who did not report the assault but had evidence collected can call to extend their evidence collection kits six more months. At the end of six months evidence collection kits are destroyed.  Please call if you have any questions at all!
  2. Toxicology Information:  Survivors who did not report the assault to the police can access their Toxicology results and have questions answered.  Results are generally available after twelve weeks.  Please call if you have any questions at all!
